A: The final section 3 is now open.

Q: I have a house style in mind. How can I know if it will be approved?
A: A member of the Architectural Review Board would be happy to meet with you and provide guidance on plan design. The Architectural Board will review all plans to ensure compliance with Brooks Park building guidelines and requirements. This maybe done at any time during the purchase process. Before applying for building permits, all final plans must be bear official stamp of approval. The Architectural Board must also maintain a complete copy of plans and home platted on purchased lot.

A: Brooks Park is open to approved home builders with approved plans. Therefore, if you have a custom home builder you have worked with before, you may be able to work with them again.
